![]() I have had the same performance with all.Errors related to d3dx9_30.dll can arise for a few different different reasons. I myself would like to know what further work is being done to increase FPS outside of the 1.1.5 shader option. Would they add the ability to select runtime environment in 1.2? Even more graphics options? I think it would help immensely. If you can, look for the Q&A questions thread and start asking. I'm honestly really glad they did something to try and help with the new shader option. I would like to see a response that's more geared not for low-mid systems, but mid-high systems. Something like selectable runtime or hell.just more settings, something, would make me much more likely to stick around for the long haul to see if these issues can't be resolved. Right now I'm on the fence for unsubbing (which I've done once, and resubbed when I heard about the 1.1.5 change) and hearing this sort of news, specifically what else is planned on being done, would keep me around. ![]() Sad part is, I guarantee you're not running the game at 2560x1600 with 16xAF and 16xAA. I have not modded anything nor changed any configurations. I use 2-GTX 570's in SLI (Nvidia Recommended sli mode). Really all I've done is kept my machine clean and use the latest drivers. ![]() It plays fine for me, and at the above resolution with all the quality extras, I get 60-80fps consistently. I suspect it is not a problem with the game. When you buy a new game, you have to decide what sort of experience you want, and use the computer for that want. (2) mushkin chronos ssd's raid0 (~950MB/s writes, ~1.1GB/s reads) You can't buy Crysis and expect it to play well on a 5 year old machine. Illum screenshots with at least 30 players on screen showing your perfect performance. I expect ZERO jaggies too, since you apparently run at 16xAA. The screenshot better be at 2560x1600 and un-doctored. Until you post that screenshot, you are a liar. It does seem like if you're reducing settings from things like full, that we're not having the same sort of issues. I'm struggling just for playability of the entire game on min settings. However, I will say that it's great you're in here giving some help. ![]() Anyone that's willing to help with a positive attitude (i.e. I would like to ask though, what graphics card are you running? not trolling or just hating on either BW, those with issues or those without) is awesome. Language: English (Regional Setting: English) Seems like the art team and the engine team weren't communicating with each other, the art team made animations, effects, and textures too massive for the multipkayer ame, and the engine guys had to kludge something to gether to fix it 32bit process memory cap, two process workaround game doesnt use vram consistently, or at all in some cases It would help me see if my idea of this being a runtime issue.įrom the previous iteration of this thread, and others, I get the impression there is a systemic misuse of memory in this game.
